The Prayze Party, Inc. is a 501 (c ) (3) federal tax-exempt public charity.  As a non-profit, all donations to the Prayze Party are tax-deductible.  Prayze Party receives donations and contributions from individuals, foundations, and corporations.  In fulfilling its mission, Prayze Party has established objectives that are focused on the education and development of up-and-coming Gospel artists.  The Prayze Party features a number of new Gospel artists through its monthly, virtual broadcast every third Friday night of the month.
